For those of you who value your health and well-being, juicing is one of the healthiest and most beneficial activities you could ever wish to perform.

Now, for people juicing, drinking freshly juiced fruit juice is easy, but what about fresh vegetable juices?

Well, the key to juicing is fresh veggies as fruits are packed full of fructose sugars. Each juice needs some fruit, but ideally it should be made up of around 80% veggies, and 20% fruits.

These phytochemicals help rid toxins and free radicals from the body and protect against oxidative stress.

Drinking broccoli juice is beneficial because the raw broccoli retains virtually all of its nutrients, which when cooked, some of which would have been lost.

Drinking it alone is not all that tasty, but if you combine broccoli juice with the juice of half a lemon, you’re good to go.
